What is the largest file size I can email? This depends on your own email service provider, size of your mail box, etc. We can accept a single email up to 50MB at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
So really it is a matter of trial and error. Five MB appears to be the limit for some systems.
However, if you are having difficulty in sending a particular size of file, we can supply you with a username and password which will allow you upload the file(s) to the print factory server. This is a relatively straightforward process.
If you have the software package, Adobe Acrobat Professional, another suggestion is to use it's Print Optimiser feature - found under Tools - Print Production. This can reduce a file size by a significant amount without affecting quality.

If you are a designer, please note that Adobe PDF documents are our preferred choice. Please do not forget to include the fonts or convert them to outlines, as appropriate. If you have the software, we would recommend that you do a flightcheck of the relevant file(s) before finalising your work.If you are working on a home PC or Mac with little experience in design, please note that we can print from most programs, such as Microsoft Word and Excel. One program that does create difficulties from time to time is Publisher (filename.pub). If you have created your artwork in Publisher, you will need to save or export it as a pdf file.
Below are just some of the files we can handle!
.doc, .xls, .pdf, .eps, .qxd, .png, .indd, .psd, .dcs, .jpg (or .jpeg), .tiff, .hpgl
If you have a specific question, please click on the CONTACT link and email or phone with the details: we will try and assist in any way we can.

Spot colours can be emulated in full colour printing. However, it should be noted that they can never be as accurate as the Pantone colour.
The other important point is that very small text, artwork, etc., in logos that is designed using a spot colour can look very poor when printed in full colour (CMYK) as any small misalignment of printing plates or stretching of paper, could result in a relatively poor reproduction.
It is not unusual to print jobs in five or six colours, cmyk plus the spot colour(s). Also please be
